A third child has now said he was sexually abused by Charles McMullen, a special agent with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement who is accused of abusing two other children. Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s investigators have brought additional charges against McMullen after the mother of the victim said her child – who had spent weekends at McMullen’s home – told her McMullen had touched him inappropriately. McMullen had been released on a $300,000 bond, but that bond has now been revoked and he is back in the Santa Rosa County Jail.
