The town of Century in North Escambia County will hold a special election on Tuesday, February 14th, to fill two vacant city council seats. One seat was held by Annie Savage, who passed away in late October. Savage had just been re-elected for another term, so the election will fill the seat until 2021. The second seat up for election was filled by Ben Boutwell who had to resign when he ran unsuccessfully for mayor. If a runoff is necessary, it will be held on February 28th.
