The Florida Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was injured in a hit and run crash Wednesday night in Cantonment. Troopers say he was struck by an unknown vehicle about 9:50 p.m. on Highway 95A behind the old Winn Dixie store and was found face down in the roadway. He was taken to an area hospital by ambulance with injuries not believed to be life threatening. The accident remains under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
