Harbor Freight is recalling more than one million chainsaws because they may not shut off. The recall affects 14-inch chainsaws sold under the Portland, One Stop Gardens, and Chicago Electric brand names between May, 2009, and February, 2018. The Chinese-made saws are blamed for three injuries. Customers can return the chainsaw to a Harbor Freight store after May 21st to receive a free replacement.
