The Florida Highway Patrol has identified the bicyclist who was struck and killed near the intersection of “W” Street and Industrial Court back on November the 8th. Troopers say 28-year-old Christopher Usher of Pensacola was southbound on a bicycle on “W” Street just before 6 p.m. when he was struck by an SUV. Usher was pronounced dead at the scene.
