A bill has been filed in the Florida House to make bible study available in all public schools. The bill would require all public high schools in Florida to offer a religion-related elective course that would include education on the Bible, Hebrew Scriptures, the Old Testament, and New Testament. The bill states it would allow an “objective study of religion.”
