Bay County officials say the federal government may have underpaid more than 60 property owners in Bay County for hurricane damage repairs. County officials have asked the Federal Emergency Management Agency to reassess the properties in question which had significant damage, but received less than $5,000 or no money at all. The county has not yet received a response from FEMA.
