A Florida Bar grievance committee has found no probable cause to show that a tweet by Congressman Matt Gaetz to Michael Cohen earlier this year violated the bar’s rules of conduct. However, the Bar will issue a “letter of advice” that will become public once it is sent to the  Congressman. In February, Gaetz sent a tweet to Cohen the day before he was to testify before Congress asking if his wife and father-in-law knew about his girlfriends. Gaetz later deleted the tweet and publicly apologized to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
