The Escambia County School District has announced that all extracurricular activities – including most football games – will be postponed on Friday because of weather concerns. The Okaloosa County School District announced all extracurricular activities had also been postponed for Friday. Those games include Escambia at Fort Walton Beach, Pace at Gulf Breeze, Jay at North Bay Haven, Navarre at Tallahassee Leon and Pace at Gulf Breeze. However, West Florida’s Friday night trip to play De La Salle in Louisiana is still scheduled.
