The Bay County Sheriff’s Office says skeletal remains discovered in Pine Log State Forest Park the day before Thanksgiving have been identified as those of 60-year-old Tobias Orloff, of Panama City Beach. The Sheriff’s Office said Orloff’s vehicle was discovered in the parking lot of Pine Log State Forest. His remains were found in the state forest near State 79. The investigation is continuing.
