GULF POWER BILLING SYSTEM UPGRADE

Gulf Power will be upgrading their customers information and billing system, which will limit on-line accessibility for some customers over the next few days. Marlene Santos, Gulf Power president, apologized for any inconvenience and said the upgrade is expected to be completed on January 26th. An estimated 30% of Gulf Power’s customers will be affected during the system upgrade. The new system will offer improved automated phone options to deliver 24-hours assistance to customers, a no-fee bill payment option and new ways to understand and manage energy usage.
