The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s department says a 40 -year-old man from Navarre was arrested Tuesday on charges of sexual battery and lewd or lascivious molestation. Sheriff’s investigators said a forensic investigation took place at the Santa Rosa Kids House where one victim discussed what had been done to her. After a second interview, a warrant was issued for Jimmy Ressler’s arrest. He is charged with two counts of sexual battery and one count of lascivious molestation.
