President Obama has signed a disaster declaration for Florida to aid with recovery efforts in areas which suffered damage from Hurricane Matthew. The decision came Saturday and includes the counties of Brevard, Duval, Flagler, Indian River, Nassau, St. Johns, St. Lucie, and Volusia. Craig Fugate, Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator, said once assessments are completed, more counties and additional forms of assistance will be issued if needed.
