Two local artists have been awarded a $300,000 grant to create Pensacola’s largest mural. Ashton Howard and Evan Levin were awarded the Arts, Culture and Entertainment grant to fund the 3,000 square-foot mural on the Jefferson Street’s parking garage in downtown Pensacola. They plan to include images such as the Pensacola Lighthouse, Don Tristan De Luna, Spanish ships and a Blue Angels jet. The project will take about two months to complete.
