TRAINER HURT BY TIGER AT FAIR 10-25-16

An animal trainer is hospitalized after being injured by a tiger at the Pensacola Interstate Fair yesterday. Vicenta Pages, was taken to a local hospital after she suffered a three-inch cut on her knee and a laceration on her ankle from a tiger. Don Frenkel, general manager of the Pensacola Interstate Fair, said she was hurt during a private performance for a school field trip. No students were harmed during this incident and most thought it was all a part of the show.
