SR COUNTY JAIL FIRE 11-7-16

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department says a small fire in a dryer in the laundry facility of the Santa Rosa County Jail Friday night was quickly extinguished without any significant damage. There were no indications of foul play and there were no evacuations. One Santa Rosa detention deputy was taken to a local area hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.
