NEW GBPD CHIEF 11-8-16

The city of Gulf Breeze has a new police chief. Yesterday, Richard Hawthorne – a 30-year veteran of the department – was sworn in. He replaces Robert Randle, who retired. Sharon Armstrong was selected as deputy chief. Hawthorne said one of the biggest issues for the department will continue to be traffic and dealing with the upcoming construction of the new Bay Bridge
