HUMAN REMAINS ID’d 11-16-16

Authorities have identified the human remains found October 28th near exit 26 off Interstate 10. The State Medical Examiner’s Office said the remains belong to 47-year-old Steven Swiney of Milton, Florida. He had been missing since November of 2015. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department says there are no indications of foul play. Swiney was last seen when he told a family member he was going out for cigarettes.
