A Perdido Key Doctor, convicted of a variety of offenses after he arranged to have sex with 14-year-old boy, will be resentenced. The First District Court of Appeals said some of the original convictions of 46-year-old Brian Lee, a physician at Perdido Bay Family Care, violated double jeopardy laws. Lee was arrested in 2014 after arranging to have sex with what he thought was a14-year-old boy. Undercover law enforcement investigators responded to Craigslist ad Lee had posted and he was arrested when he arrived at a skating rink where he was supposed to meet the boy. He was originally sentenced to two years community control, 13-years probation, labeled as a sex offender, and had his medical license revoked. No date for resentencing has been set.
