WEEKEND STORM DAMAGE 1-2-17

At least 30 homes in the Ensley area were damaged after strong storms moved through the area Saturday morning. It is believed that straight line winds downed trees and fences, and damaged roofs and portable buildings around 4am. EMS received calls of a possible tornado. Gulf Power said over two thousand customers were without power. Ashton Brosnaham Park is closed until further notice because two buildings had roof damage and several fields had fence and bleacher damage.
