The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department has issued a Silver Alert for a 76-year-old Santa Rosa County man. Joseph Harbison was last seen on Wednesday, January 18th at 6 p.m. in the Deaton Bridge area of Santa Rosa County. He was wearing a green shirt, blue jeans and military-style boots. He also wears glasses. Harbison has a medical condition which requires medication. He may be traveling in his vehicle to South Florida, a 1999 beige Chevrolet SUV with a Florida disabled tag DV160-9B.
