The Foley, Alabama, Police Department say the body of a woman was found in an S.U.V. yesterday. Foley Police Chief David Wilson said the SUV was stopped in Foley at around 6:00 p.m. and the man driving the SUV is in custody for questioning until investigators determine the cause of death. The case is being handled as a homicide, but no charges have been made as yet and the investigation is on-going.
