The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department is looking for an Escambia County man they say is a person of interest in a double homicide case in Milton. 44-year-old William “Billy” Boyette Jr. is being sought in connection with the shooting deaths that happened at the Emerald Sands Motel in Milton on Tuesday. Authorities say Boyette is known to be armed and dangerous. A reward of $3,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest. He is described as a white male, 5’10” and 220 pounds with gray/black hair. Anyone with information about Boyette is asked to contact any law enforcement agency.
