The accomplice of serial killer William Boyette has been extradited back to Santa Rosa County from Georgia. Mary Rice faces a capital murder charge from Baldwin County, Alabama, an accessory after the fact to first degree murder from Santa Rosa County and a first-degree murder charge in Escambia County. Sher surrendered to Georgia law enforcement officers yesterday at a motel in West Point, Geogia, just moments before William Boyette killed himself. Boyette was also wanted on four murder charges. The investigation is still on-going.
