STABBER INDICTED 2-17-17

An Escambia County grand jury has indicted the woman accused of killing her son and stabbing her daughter in front of her grandchildren. Janel Charlene Francis was indicted for first-degree premeditated murder in the death of her son, Devan Francis, and attempted premeditated murder with a weapon for the stabbing of her daughter. The incident occurred January 24th when Escambia County deputies found three people stabbed at the Heritage Oak Mobile Home Park on Gulf Beach Highway.
