Escambia County Deputies arrested a homeless man Monday afternoon   for cutting and beating several people at a bus stop in the 1500 block of West Fairfield Drive. It happened around 3:30pm and deputies said 38-year-old Justin Jennings was yelling at a woman and then pulled a knife. A man who tried to help was cut on the arm. Jennings was booked into the Escambia County Jail on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
