A Foley, Alabama business owner said he shot and killed an intruder who tried to force his way into his home with a pickaxe. Police say 20-year-old Sedrick Jemison was trying to break into Elite Marine in Foley when he was shot dead on Tuesday morning. The business is also where the owner lives. Foley Police say the shooting appears to be in self-defense and there may be a second suspect on the run.
