Pensacola Police say a former secretary at the Greek Orthodox Church in Pensacola has been arrested for embezzling $105,000. The money was discovered missing after the secretary, Katherine Hamilton, quit her job in September. Police determined that more than 100 transfers from the church to one of Hamilton’s three personal accounts were made in 2015 and 2016. After a warrant was issued Hamilton was arrested in California where she was living with friends. She is now in the Escambia County Jail.
