Pensacola Police say a maintenance man was arrested Tuesday for breaking into a woman’s home and sexually assaulting her while she was sedated. A 42-year-old woman told police she had fallen asleep on her couch after taking medication, and when she woke up the man was having sex with her. The woman said the door to her apartment was locked, but 55-year-old Terry Hamilton had a key because of his maintenance work. Hamilton has been charged with sexual battery and burglary and is being held at Escambia County Jail on a $40,000 bond.
