SEXUAL ASSAULTER ARRESTED 3-30-17

A senior at Baker High School has been arrested for sexually assaulting an underage girl at the school. The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Department says it happened in a bathroom during a track meet at the school earlier this month. The girl told investigators she agreed to go into the bathroom with 18-year-old Oakley Kimbrel, but he refused to let her leave and sexually assaulted her. Oakley was charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a girl between 12 and 16 years old, booked into the county jail, and released on a $5,000 bond.
