STUDER BUYS SUNTRUST TOWER 4-13-17

Businessman Quint Studer has announced he’s buying the 9-floor, SunTrust Tower on Garden Street, and plans to turn it into what he calls another community asset. He said he would like to see lecture halls and meeting rooms and a communal atrium in what’s now the lobby area. Studer said the seller has accepted his offer for the SunTrust Tower and they have 45 days to close and all current tenants can stay if they want.
