1-10 FATAL 4-20-17

The Alabama Highway Patrol says a 75-year-old Mobile woman was killed in a head-on crash with a state trooper Tuesday night on Interstate-10 at mile marker 34. State troopers had gotten calls about a vehicle traveling east in the west bound lanes. They say a vehicle driven by Wanda McLemore collided with the Alabama State Trooper’s patrol vehicle. She sustained serious injuries and was taken to USA Medical Center in Mobile where she later died. The trooper was also hospitalized. This case is still under investigation.
