The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said a 29-year-old Santa Rosa County man has been arrested for killing a black bear back in October. Benjamin Moyer Jr. was arrested after a bear was found shot to death at his father’s home in October. FWC officers said Moyer admitted shooting the bear but his version of the story did not match evidence at the scene which showed the bear was shot while moving away from him.
