Lots of Floridians will hit the road over the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday according to a new Triple A survey. Mark Jenkins with the auto club says the most popular Thanksgiving destination for travelers across the country is Orlando. The strong economy and labor market are behind a big increase among Floridians planning to travel over the Thanksgiving holiday despite a recent spike in gas prices. An estimated 2.6 million Floridians will hit the road this year, a 3.2-percent increase over last year.
