A 27-year-old Pensacola man is facing vehicular homicide charges a year after he was involved in a fatal traffic crash. The Pensacola Police Department says on September 17th, 2016, John Samaras collided with another vehicle on 9th Avenue. The passenger in that vehicle, 71-year-old Michele Noble, died at the scene. Samaras was high on marijuana at the time.
