The Pensacola Police Department said a 19-year-old woman was arrested yesterday after two young children in her care were found wandering outside, one naked and the other had no shoes on. A woman driving on 9th Avenue saw two children chasing a dog toward the street and called police. Ann Perry was arrested on charges of child neglect and resisting an officer and booked into the Escambia County Jail.
