The Santa Rosa County School District says a Navarre High School staff member has been cleared of allegations he had inappropriate contact with a student. Evidence collected during the investigation by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Department discredited the student’s allegations of the inappropriate contact. The District did not identify the staff member or the student, but said disciplinary action would be taken against the student for making false allegations. Action could include alternative placement or expulsion.
