The Parker Police Department in Bay County arrested two men after a drug bust in a house where a 1-year-old child was present. Glenn Swearingen and Kenneth Peck were arrested Friday at their home on 5114 Blue Harbor Drive. Both are charged with trafficking and methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of listed chemicals with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Police said the child was at home when they arrived. The child’s parents allegedly were staying with Swearingen and Peck. Parker Police said more charges are expected.
