BULDING CRASHER ARRESTED

The Milton Police Department said the driver of a vehicle that crashed into a building in downtown Milton was arrested after fleeing the scene. It happened early Saturday morning when 30-year-old Richard Warren, of Milton, crashed his truck into the front entrance of the law office of Attorney Beau Powell just before 1am. Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Warren was arrested at Ravine and Alabama streets. Milton Police charged him with DUI and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and remains in the Santa Rosa County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
