The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office say a man wanted in connection to a homicide that took place in December has been arrested. 21-year-old Emanuel Adams was wanted for drug-related homicide that happened on December 15th near the 4600 block of West Jackson Street. Responding deputies found Victor Chavez dead on the ground. after EMS arrived on scene. Four other suspects have already been arrested in connection with the shooting.
