The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office said high winds generated by bad weather moving through the area over the weekend damaged buildings, fences and power lines. It happened along Stahlman Avenue between Azalea Drive and Kelly Street in Destin. The Sheriff’s Department believes the damage was caused by either a tornado or straight-line winds. No injuries have been reported and the National Weather Service is investigating.
