The Florida Highway Patrol said a two-vehicle traffic crash in North Escambia County yesterday afternoon resulted in one fatality.Troopers say 56-year-old Franklin Webb was eastbound on Barrineau Park Lane when hr failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection with Highway 29 and was struck by a southbound pickup driven by 49-year-old Deane Dagen-Daw of Pensacola. Webb was pronounced dead at the scene. Dagen-Daw and a 19-year-old passenger were transported to Sacred Heart Hospital with minor injuries.
