MOBILE POLICE OFFICER FUNERAL

Mobile Police Officer Justin Billa – killed in the line of duty last week while responding to a homicide investigation – was laid to rest today. Hundreds of people attended services at Cottage Hill Baptist Church and hundreds more lined the roadways as his funeral procession led the way to Mobile Memorial Gardens where Officer Billa was laid to rest.
