PANAMA CITY SPRING-BREAK RULES

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office and the Panama City Beach Police Department are reminding beach-goers and spring-breakers that  drinking on the beaches is prohibited starting today. Last year 168 people were arrested for drinking alcoholic beverages on the beach in March. Most paid a $200 fine.
