An Escambia County grand jury has returned a first-degree murder indictment against a man accused of killing a Milton realtor. 41-year-old Gregory “Dallas” Taylor II is accused of shooting 46-year-old Frances Cooley on February 12th, then driving her to the West Florida Hospital emergency room. Cooley originally told hospital staff she was shot during a robbery, but she later told investigators Taylor shot her. Cooley died nine days later. Cooley was a realtor at D.R. Horton.
