The Florida House has passed a bill that would fully ban texting while driving. The House voted for the legislation even though it’s unclear if the measure will make to the Governor’s desk due to opposition in the Senate where the bill has been blocked over privacy rights because police may have to inspect cellphones to prove someone was texting.
