MILTON BARS

The City of Milton in Santa Rosa County is moving forward with an ordinance that would allow bars to operate in the city. At present businesses can only serve alcohol if 51 percent of their gross revenue comes from food sales. The ordinance would create an “Alcohol Beverage Overlay District” which would allow standalone bars in some places of the city. There is a public hearing set for April 10 at 5:45 p.m.
