Henry Kelley, The former spokesman for the Okaloosa County School District’s director of community affairs, could be fined up to $500 for violating the Florida Sunshine Law. State Attorney Bill Eddins says Kelley has been charged with a noncriminal violation of the law, which governs the release of public records and the conduct of open meetings in Florida. Kelley will appear before Judge Patricia Grinsted at 1 p.m., on Tuesday, April 17th.
