The Florida Department of Law Enforcement says two teenage girls who went missing from Milton on Monday have been found safe. Carlee Kemp and Felecity Wright – both 15 – were believed to have run away from home sometime between 7:30 and 8 p.m. Monday. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement Missing Endangered Persons Clearinghouse listed the girls as endangered. But now comes word that they are unharmed.
