The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office says the 24-year-old man who was shot and killed by a Sheriff’s Deputy on Tuesday has been identified. Investigators say Isaac Michael Scroggie, was killed on Bright Water Drive after breaking into a woman’s home and attacking a deouty. Scroggie’s last address was in Pensacola. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is still investigating this case.
